The Company is looking experienced Executive for construction Chemicals market growth.

  • Job Responsibility

    1. Developing a market for construction chemicals. To monitoring Dealer & channel partner.
    2. To achieve Sales Target of the Company.
    3. To visit retail shop, Masson and Engineers Consultancy firm for Prescribing and sales our Products.
    4. To ensure Collection, Deposit, Productivity, and Expansion of the Company.
    5. Develop a business plan and collect information from others competitors.
    6. Capable of expanding new dealer network to achieve sales growth. To create a new dealership in a vacant area for expanding market share.
    7. To perform market development-related initiatives according to the given instructions of the superiors.
    8. Plan and achieve new Dealer network expansion target by monthly, quarterly, a yearly with searching new customers.
    9. Must have the patience to work at the field level.
    10. Maintain new Dealer inquiries & application data.
    11. Ability to work under pressure.
    12. Ready to accept any type of responsibility given by the management.
    13. Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

  • Educational Requirement

    Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Civil Engineer

  • Experience Requirement

    1. 2 to 3 year(s)
    2. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
      Sales & Marketing
    3. The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
      Cement Industry, Chemical Industries

  • Additional Requirement

    1. Age 25 to 35 years
    2. Only males are allowed to apply
    3. Must have excellent capability to communicate through online.
    4. Must have at least 02 years working experience as an Executive (Sales & Marketing) in any reputed Construction Chemical (Admixture), Cement Company.
    5. Must have Smart Phone.
    6. Candidates who have Motorcycle will get extra priority.
