The Company is looking experienced Executive for construction Chemicals market growth.

  • Job Responsibility

    1. Developing a market for construction chemicals. To monitoring Dealer & channel partner.
    2. Using scripts to communicate with potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
    3. Answering questions about the product or company.
    4. Asking questions to understand customer needs and make the sale.
    5. Registering and updating customer information in the database.
    6. Taking and processing sales orders in a proper manner.
    7.  Handling complaints to protect company reputation.
    8. Going the "extra mile" to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
    9. Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information.
    10. Maintain new Dealer inquiries & application data.
    11. Ability to work under pressure.
    12. Ready to accept any type of responsibility given by the management.
    13. Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

  • Educational Requirement

    Bachelor degree in any discipline, 

  • Experience Requirement

    1. 2 to 3 year(s)
    2. Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
    3. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (CRM software) and telephone systems.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
    6. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
    7. Cement Industry, Chemical Industries.

  • Additional Requirement

    1. Age 25 to 35 years
    2. Only females are allowed to apply
    3. Must have excellent capability to communicate through online.
    4. Must have at least 02 years working experience.
    5. Must have Smart Phone.
